But that’s just the reality we are living in right now and there’s nothing we can do to change it. The guidelines are in place for a reason and we have remained safe because of them.
But what if you could get a travel fix without actually having t0 travel? Are you game? All you need is a little imagination…

Fluff up the pillows, change the bedclothes to white crisp linen, pull the flatscreen TV in and voila, you have a hotel bedroom. Alternatively, if you have a spare room, switch it up and use the spare room as your hotel bedroom.
Want to order room service? Order a takeaway and when it arrives, bring it into your new hotel bedroom. Curl up to some Netflix and food. The perfect night away in a hotel.

You don’t need much to turn your back garden into a holiday at home. Just a tent and some sleeping bags. Extra bonus if you have a fire pit in your back garden that you can sit around, chatting, singing, eating smores.

Have you ever admired another country’s national dress? I’ve always wanted to dress up in an Indian sari and lucky for me, my closest friend in Dubai is Indian and helped me live out that dream!
Here’s an idea for your holiday at home – choose a country and dress up in their national dress. If it’s Ireland, go green. For French, get yourself a beret. Prize for the best dressed in the house!
Virtual tours have been wonderful for me during the Covid-19 pandemic. So far, I have kayaked through glaciers in Alaska, hiked the Inca Trail and been on a submarine in the Great Barrier Reef. I’ve also visited numerous museums and theme parks.
Check out these best virtual tours you can take from the comfort of your own home.
Zac Efron and Darin Olien travel around the world in this binge worthy series in search of healthy sustainable ways to live. It’s funny, heart-warming and, I’ve got to say, it’s eye-opening for sure.
This hilarious show sees comedian Jack Whitehall travel around the world with his father, an unadventurous, sarcastic, 3-piece suit wearing kind of man.
I dare you not to cry watching this. Leon Logothetis travels from Hollywood around the world solely on his yellow motorbike and kindness. One of his intentions is to prove that giving is better than receiving. You will feel all the feels watching this series.
